Filing insurance claims and pre-estimates is a courtesy that we extend to our patients to help you to obtain reimbursement of the fees paid to our office at the time of service. We ask that you inform us of any insurance changes at the beginning of each appointment.
Your insurance coverage may or may not include benefits for services provided in our office. Furthermore, most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedure(s) that may need to be done. The benefits you receive are established by the terms of the contract that has been purchased by your employer or you. Questions regarding why your plan includes or excludes certain services should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
Our goal is to provide you with state of the art and the highest quality care to achieve optimal dental health therefore we have elected not to belong to any managed care plans. We cannot give you the quality care, buy the best materials, take the time we need and have the highly trained staff that we do, with the fees that managed care returns to us.
